A visit to the most eco-friendly cruise ship in Norway - Havila Capella
It is built for passenger traffic along the Norwegian coast and is equipped with a number of innovations reducing the environmental footprint.
The ship is powered by a battery and liquid natural gas. It cuts CO2 emissions by around 25% and NOx emissions by 80–95%. On board, surplus heat from cooling water, sea and energy management system is recovered and utilised.
